Pasta's,Pineapple Ice cream,Cinnomon apple balls,Chocolate Mocha Shake,Best Guacamole youve ever tasted

Going to try an stay caught up,until Life happens again :)
Have been strapped for cash lately so I haven't been super open to making new things, but I did come across some recipes that I already had some of the ingredients .My raw reserve is dwindling, made up a list last night of the things that need to be replaced, seeing most of them last a long time,I'm going to buy one item a week until I get it stocked back up.It can be discouraging at times, but can be done, and there really is no other alternative.I'm not putting that other crap in my body!!

Tops
Lost .6 this week.We checked my files an since starting Tops,I am one pound from losing 100!!!
That's awesome,I swear last year if you told me I was gonna be a 100lbs lighter come the same time,id a politely shook my head an thought yeah right. Its sooo not just the weight,I feel smaller in some ways then when I weighed this before, its like fatty pockets have evaporated,an that cant be done just by weight loss, this lifestyle gets much recognition for that.
My stomach use to be on the sides of my hips ,its now where its suppose to be.My back fat an side fat have reduced significantly.270 to 300lbs is my teenage weight, have always been big,now I understand why,and I can see the same condition in other people.I wish it was as easy as showing them a pamphlet, then I have to remember it took me many years of reading, seeing whats happening to people today,an my own personal experience's to make the change. So planting the seed in others so they can feel alive again, whenever they choose is just as powerful.I wish anyone looking to heal, all they need to find the truth an resources needed to make the change  God Bless!!

Off to the good eats :)

(PASTA'S)

Pasta Pesto

       Pasta Pesto
2c Diakon radish-noodelized
1/2 Basil-minced
1 T lime juice
1-2 cloves garlic
3 T EVOO
1/2 t Salt
1 Tomato Diced
1/4c Pine nuts

Mix Radish an basil
Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl
Pour over noodles an enjoy

My notes> This was good an I have to say I could see me making this again, only problem was the thickness of the radish for me,thinkin this is where a spiralizer really needs to be used so the veggi is thin an absorbing. The flavor was on point, would make a tasty quick sauce.

Butternut Pasta

1/2 Butternut Squash-Noodelized
2 garlic cloves
2 T Evoo
1 t salt
1 T Basil
2 T Nutritional Yeast

Toss all ingredients together until desired outcome

My Notes>Same feeling as I had withe the Pasta Pesto.I also chopped up a plum an added it to this was very good.

                                         Picture doesn't do it justice

I have made this several times since bringing it into my tops meeting for a members celebration for meeting her goal an all the officers being sworn in.I had rave reviews and many were still talking about it weeks after.Myself  being equally in love with the taste. One lady said she did not like Guacamole but that this was very good.So if your looking for a kick butt Guac recipe here it is!!
